Yes — Avatar Mountain Guides is the Zhangjiajie park authority’s official private guiding service, and every assigned guide holds a current Chinese national tour-guide credential. We introduce your exact guide before confirmation and will show their current electronic credential on WhatsApp. We never subcontract to unlicensed freelancers.

All guides speak fluent English plus Mandarin and the local dialect. Other languages are sometimes available — ask on WhatsApp and we will answer honestly for your dates.

Everything a licensed guide can legally do: restaurant tables and ordering, hotel liaison, high-speed-rail tickets, airport transfers, luggage storage, SIM cards, pharmacies, day trips to Fenghuang and Furong Town, photography spots — a true concierge service.

Yes. With the car option, pickup at Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport or Zhangjiajie West station is included. With the guide-only option, your guide can meet you there and travel with you by taxi or bus.

No — tickets are sold by the parks at official prices and are ID-linked to each visitor. We prepare everything so you pay the official price with zero hassle, and we never add a markup.

Yes. Tickets are real-name and linked to your passport, which you may need to show at gates. Carry it every park day.

A comfortable minimum is 3 full days: two for the forest park and one for Tianmen Mountain. Add a day for the Glass Bridge and Baofeng Lake, and one or two for Fenghuang Ancient Town.
